1972 Mazda Rx3 Coupe Series I 10A Savanah
Engine/Driveline :
Injected 13B turbo, Series 4/5 Engine, Mild Ported , Motor is
Fully Dowled , 3mm HME Racing Seals, Built by Simply Maz ( Sydney
), Haltech E6K Dual Map supported ECU, Electronic boost controller
controlled by ECU. Custom made planum chamber and custom made
inlet manifold, Injection Perfection 56mm throttle bodies, 3 inch
Intercooler pipe to a Plazmaman Intercooler. 66-1 Garrett T04
Turbo Ceramic coated, 1.15 A/R and a 0.7 front cover. It runs
a Rx4 custom Radiator to suit. A SUPRA gearbox is fitted behind
the engine with a 1.5 Ton pressure plate ( center force ) and
a Brass button clutch. Then a 3 inch Tail shaft it fitted up that
follows through and bolted up to a Borg Warner Diff ( VR ) 28
Spline Axels with a 4:8:1 LSD center capable of holding upto 500
HP!

Body
:The car has been Mini Tubbed to be able
to fit 28 x 10.5 street slicks or 10 x 26 full slicks and the
car is fully engineered.

The Interior is retrimed with Recaro Seats and re-carpeted,
the dash has be fully restored and has been fitted with a new
Momo Course steering wheel
Performance
: The car has
ran 10.8 at 127 M/hr at it last meet at the Supernats at Eastern
Creek . and has produced 467 HP on 22 PSI of boost! Won the Horesepower
Heroes Out right at the Easter Fours and Rotary Nationals at Wakefiled
Park.
